Licensing: Microsemi's SmartFusion cSoCs include a licensed, hard ARM Cortex-M3 processor, eliminating the need to obtain a separate ARM license.
Fabless Model: Private labeling eliminates the time and costs associated with establishing and managing a chip manufacturing infrastructure.
