Simax Lithography fills the market need for high quality services for mature technology lithography equipment, especially ASML PAS 5500 and PAS 2500/5000 systems. Our exclusive focus is on customers using mature technology equipment for existing and emerging applications.

Simax Lithography was founded in 2009 and has quickly established itself as the premier provider of third party services for ASML equipment, proving it compelling value proposition.
