D-Link chooses BroadLight’s BL2348 SoC for GPON residential gateways

SANTA CLARA, USA: BroadLight, the leading supplier of Ultra-Broadband Residential Gateway and GPON semiconductors, today announced that D-Link has selected its BL2348 GPON Residential Gateway (RG) SoC for a new line of high-performance CPE devices.

D-Link, the global leading networking solution provider, is extending GPON technology into the product portfolios and has achieved high level of interoperability for the emerging GPON markets like Russia.
