Real Intent and DeFacTo deliver combined RTL sign-off flow for clock domain crossing and design for test

USA & FRANCE: Real Intent Inc., the leading provider of software products that accelerate early functional verification and advanced sign-off of electronic designs, and DeFacTo Technologies SA , whose breakthrough technology dramatically enhances the design for test (DFT) process and increases the testability of ICs and SoCs, announced a combined RTL sign-off flow for both CDC and DFT that accelerates the sign-off process.

The new flow resulting from their collaboration integrates DeFacTo's SIGNOFF solution with Real Intent's clock domain crossing solution, Meridian CDC, offering a best-in-class solution for SoC design teams worldwide. The companies will demonstrate the joint flow in DeFacTo’s booth (#409) and Real Intent’s booth (#1031) at the Design Automation Conference, in Austin, Texas, next month.

SIGNOFF is an RTL DFT evaluation and enhancement platform. It helps reach high DFT quality levels in a more predictable timeframe and allows earlier DFT analysis and enhancement at the block, the IP core and the top levels; and it makes possible RTL DFT exploration including test compression, memory/logic BIST and JTAG.
