Advantest’s T2000 test system marks significant installation milestone at leading global semiconductor manufacturer

SANTA CLARA, USA: Advantest Corp., the leading global supplier of automatic test equipment (ATE) to the semiconductor industry, announced that a leading global semiconductor manufacturer in advanced integrated digital technology products for computing and communications, has accepted delivery of its 1000th T2000 Test System. The system, part of a multi-unit global installation, will join other T2000’s in its class in performing high-volume production test of CPUs and SoC other devices.

Advantest’s T2000 test platform offers the industry’s highest levels of parallel testing capabilities with multiple tester controllers, instrumentation architecture and load board area, helping to enhance time-to-volume economics for the broadest range of SoC devices including: graphics processors, MCUs, RF SoC, cellular RF, baseband, power management and audio/video devices.
