XMOS launches developer partner program

BRISTOL, UK & BURLINGAME, USA: XMOS, developer of the industry’s first event-driven 32-bit embedded processor, announces the launch of its new Partner Program. The highly configurable XMOS devices are ideally suited to Value Added Resellers, enabling them to rapidly deliver customized products, including solutions based upon XMOS market-leading USB audio, iPod dock and Audio Video Bridging (AVB) designs.

Using XMOS devices and no-cost development tools, partners utilize the application code and reference designs, quickly extending them to meet their exact product specifications. Partners benefit from faster design cycles and the ability to differentiate their products, while the high visibility of the Partner Program brings increased exposure to potential customers.

“We are partnering with leading companies in their respective end markets,” said Tom Lee, VP sales and marketing, XMOS. “We are impressed by the speed at which our partners are delivering world-beating solutions, and are excited by the opportunity to build profitable businesses together.”

XMOS world-wide customers benefit from partners with skills in specific applications and markets, together with existing IP and proven experience with XMOS devices.

“We are delighted to be one of the charter members of the XMOS Partner Program,” said Mike Sims, director of sales and marketing, Atterotech. “Being a partner has already provided us with a number of new customer opportunities. We are able to use our expertise in networked AV solutions, together with XMOS devices, to deliver exceptional value to customers.”

“By working with XMOS for the last three years, we have developed a very good understanding of this disruptive technology and are using it to deliver the best quality products for our customers,” commented Tim Ruetz, MD, Caiaq Electronic Engineering.
