Innovasic celebrates 20 years supplying embedded semiconductor solutions

ALBUQUERQUE, USA: Innovasic is pleased to announce that 2012 marks the company’s 20th anniversary as a business dedicated to providing embedded semiconductor solutions in the industrial and military markets. The company has grown from ASIC design services to a supplier of semiconductor solutions and software for embedded communication and control.

Serving over 500 customers worldwide, the company continues to ship product with no field failures reported to date. The company’s communication controllers, processors, and mixed signal devices are key components in industrial automation equipment, transportation systems, instrumentation and medical devices. In 2006, Innovasic was awarded the Engineers’ Choice Award from Control Engineering for its fido1100 communications controller.

Innovasic was founded in 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In March 2012 the company moved its headquarters to a new facility in Albuquerque to allow for expansion of the business.
