IDT to exhibit advanced clocking and energy metering products

IIC-China Conference and Exhibition, SAN JOSE, USA: Integrated Device Technology Inc. will exhibit its latest products at the IIC-China Conference and Exhibition in Shenzhen, China, February 23-25, 2012. Product demonstrations will be on display in booth 1M15 on the main showroom floor.

IDT will exhibit its cutting-edge CrystalFree solid-state and piezoelectric MEMS (pMEMS) products at the IIC-China 2012 spring conference. On display will be the solid-state CMOS-based quartz-crystal oscillator (XO) and crystal replacement products that provide customers a compelling alternative to quartz-based products.

The IDT 3LG family of CrystalFree solid-state oscillators was recently named product of the year by Electronic Products magazine and joins IDT’s pMEMS technology as a finalist for the EE Times China ACE Award to be presented during the IIC-China conference. IDT will also demonstrate the latest pMEMS-based clock generators alongside products from the highly flexible VersaClock III programmable-clock series, as well as the industry’s first integrated timing, thermal sensor and fan control solution (mobile access family).

In addition, IDT’s award-winning single-phase and poly-phase energy metering ICs for smart grid applications will be on display. The IDT 90E2x and 90E3x families offer the industry’s widest dynamic range, allowing manufacturers to merge various types of meters into one – simplifying the design and manufacturing process for meter makers and reducing the storage and management complexity for utilities.
