MEI's wet processing systems for semiconductor manufacturing

CS MANTECH 2013, USA: MEI Wet Processing Systems and Services LLC (MEI), is exhibiting its world-class semiconductor wet processing systems at CS ManTech next week in New Orleans.

MEI will be sharing its advanced process technologies for the company's semiconductor wet benches, with specific applications for compound semiconductor wet processing, including gold etch and InGAP GaAs etch. CS ManTech is a forum for the compound semiconductor community to exchange and discuss new ideas and facilitate cooperation between industry, suppliers, and academia.

MEI's automatic and semi-automatic wet processing and wet bench systems are affordable, high-quality batch immersion process tools that are designed for uptime, throughput, safety and reliability. All of MEI's semiconductor equipment is custom tailored to the customer's processes and chemistry, with options including megasonic and ultrasonic tanks and baths, custom robots, materials choices, venting options, ergonomic, and safety features. MEI wet benches are equipped with advanced process controls through MEI's proprietary IDX Automation software.

MEI is built on its commitment to customers. Recently, MEI announced that it has received the Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) Supplier Excellence Award for 2012 in the category of maintenance and service support. Just 13 suppliers were selected from among more than 2,000 companies for Supplier Excellence Awards for contributing to ADI's global semiconductor manufacturing operations.
