Qspeed Semiconductor adds Neutron as distributor for power conversion products in the UK

SANTA CLARA, USA: Qspeed Semiconductor, manufacturer of high performance power semiconductors, announced the addition of Neutron Ltd as distributor of Qspeed products serving the United Kingdom.

Neutron broadens Qspeed’s coverage into an area that has always been one of the centers of high technology power conversion development.

Neutron will distribute Qspeed’s portfolio of high performance silicon diodes including 300V and 600V Q-Series products, 600V X-Series products and the company’s latest 600V H-Series power factor correction rectifiers, which provide the highest switching efficiency of any silicon diode on the market.
