Nova announces multi-million dollar orders from a leading foundry

REHOVOT, ISRAEL: Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd, a provider of leading edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, has received orders for multiple integrated and stand-alone metrology systems from a leading foundry.

The tools will be deployed at advanced technology nodes down to 22nm. The systems will be shipped during the second and third quarters.
