Camgian Microsystems completes technology transfer agreement of ultra low power asynchronous logic family

STARKVILLE, USA: Camgian Microsystems Corporation, a provider of advanced electronic systems and semiconductor technologies, today announced that it has completed an agreement to transfer its ultra low power digital circuit technology to Wave Semiconductor, a new commercial venture recently funded by Tallwood Venture Capital and Southern Cross Venture Partners.

Wave will transition Camgian’s asynchronous CMOS compatible digital technology, Null Convention Logic (NCL), into the mainstream semiconductor industry and Camgian will continue leveraging NCL in both its government and commercial electronic systems and product development initiatives.
