IXYS to showcase latest semicon technologies in power control intelligent motion

PCIM Conference and Exhibition 2011, BIEL, SWITZERLAND: IXYS Corp., a leader in power semiconductors and integrated circuits for power conversion and motion control applications, announced that it will showcase its latest pioneering energy efficient technologies at the Power Control Intelligent Motion (PCIM) Conference and Exhibition to be held in Hall 12 of the Nuremburg Messe, Germany between the 17th and 19th of May, 2011.

PCIM is Europe's leading meeting point for specialists in power electronics and its applications in intelligent motion and power quality.

IXYS will be taking the opportunity to share the benefits of its latest developments in IGBT, MOSFET, Bi-polar, gate driver integrated circuits, Solid State Relay (SSR), microcontroller (MCU) and packing technologies with its global customer base.
