BURLINGTON, USA: Klocwork Inc., a global leader in automated source code analysis solutions for improving developer productivity, announced that Marvell, a global fabless semiconductor leader, has selected Klocwork to increase its development productivity.
Marvell ships over one billion chips a year and its technology is used in multiple business-critical platforms such as high-volume storage, mobile and wireless, networking, consumer and green products. The need to produce high-quality software in these complex systems led Marvell to adopt an advanced source code analysis solution.
Klocwork Insight will be deployed within Marvell's Digital Entertainment Group, better enabling its digital imaging software teams to deliver high-quality software on time. Marvell's digital imaging software team will use Klocwork Insight for early detection of critical software issues, while also ensuring that planning decisions and maintenance are enhanced through the metrics and architecture analysis provided by Klocwork's tools.
