UPPSALA, SWEDEN: IAR Systems announced XDS100v2 emulator debug support for Texas Instruments’ TMS570 microcontroller family in IAR Embedded Workbench. The XDS100v2 integration enables software applications to be debugged on hardware in real-time using the IAR C-SPY debugger.
The ARM Cortex-R4F based TMS570 family is intended for safety critical transportation applications requiring high performance, including automotive chassis and stability control, electric power steering, hybrid and electric vehicles, aerospace, railway communications, and off-road vehicle engine control.
