austriamicrosystems and F-Brain to serve foundry customers on backend test solutions in Japan

UNTERPREMSTAETTEN, AUSTRIA: austriamicrosystems business unit Full Service Foundry announced that it will collaborate with F-Brain Co., Ltd to serve Japanese foundry customers on backend test solutions developed for the advanced LTX-Credence X-Series test platform.

F-Brain is a best in class provider of Automated Test Engineering (ATE) solutions for Japanese customers acting in consumer and automotive markets. F-Brain has a proven track record in developing ATE test solutions and has developed several key relationships with large semiconductor manufactures over the last decade.
