DANBURY, USA: ATMI Inc. announced that its chairman, CEO and president, Doug Neugold, has been named by SEMI, the world’s leading global semiconductor manufacturing supply chain organization, as Chairman of its International Board of Directors.

Neugold’s year-long tenure becomes effective at the SEMI membership meeting on Wednesday, July 13. The meeting takes place during the SEMICON West 2011 and Intersolar North America expositions in San Francisco, California.

I welcome our new board members and look forward to working with the entire international board in the year ahead.”
