Fit-LINE announces patented TruFLARET tube flaring system

SANTA ANA, USA: Fit-LINE Inc., a leading US designer and manufacturer of innovative standard and custom fittings for high-purity fluid processing applications, now offers multiple ways to make high-throughput 1-1/4 inch fittings more cost-effective.

Only Fit-LINE offers a patented, stand-alone TruFLARE Tube Flaring System that allows customers to fabricate their own precise and repeatable tube flares in three minutes or less—not the 12 to 15 minutes typically required by other systems.

Versatile as well as efficient, the TruFLARE System is compatible with all standard Fluoropolymer tubing ranging in size from ¼” through 1-1/4”. With Fit-LINE’s TruFLARE System, customers can quickly, consistently and affordably fabricate their own 1-1/4” high-throughput tube flares 75 percent faster, while also avoiding rejection rates that can reach 50 percent with other systems.
