TEMPE, USA: BSE Tech, a Boston Semi Equipment LLC (BSE Group) company, announced that it has strengthened its front end semiconductor offerings with a dedicated pump repair, refurbishment and sales capability. This allows BSE Tech to ensure its ability to supply a wide range of cost-effective refurbished pumps and pump repair services. The pumps complement the company’s existing products, which include new and pre-owned front end semiconductor equipment, spare parts, technical capabilities and financial solutions.
“Pumps are one of the work horses in the semiconductor manufacturing environment,” said Colin Scholefield, executive vice president, BSE Group, holding company of BSE Tech. “They are only noticed when there is a problem and million dollar production tools go down. Adding pumps to our portfolio allows us to fill a critical market need for rapid, cost-effective replacements by ensuring an extremely reliable supply chain for these parts.”
BSE Tech provides a wide range of pump makes and models, under warranty, to enable customers to purchase a drop-in replacement. Parts are available now.
