NEW DELHI, INDIA: The India Semiconductor Association (ISA), the apex trade body representing the Indian semiconductor and electronics industry, has signed a MoU with DSP Valley Belgium.
The MoU was signed by Poornima Shenoy, president, ISA and Peter Simkens, MD, DSP Valley, Belgium in New Delhi. The MoU focuses on developing business ties between companies in the semiconductor design sector in India and in Belgium.
Peter Simkens, MD, DSP Valley Belgium, said: “Our two associations will work with the common objective of promoting ties between companies in the two geographies. DSP Valley is home to Philips, NXP, IMEC, and other global leading institutions.”
Poornima Shenoy, president, India Semiconductor Association added: “DSP Valley is an interesting cluster of research and IP companies and institutes. With the growing focus to generate IP out of Indian companies, there is scope for learning and collaboration.
