BANGALORE, INDIA: The India Semiconductor Association (ISA) announced the winners of Technovation Awards 2011.
These awards recognize innovation in technology companies in India and also honor visionaries in research and academics. Viswanathan Anand, Indian Chess Grandmaster and World Chess Champion felicitated the winners at the Awards ceremony.
Prof. Rao R Tummala of Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta is the winner of the prestigious ISA-UKTI Techno Visionary Award. Prof. Vikram Kumar, IIT Delhi is the recipient of the ISA-Webel Techno Mentor Award. E-Parisaraa, India’s first government authorized electronic wasted recycling company was awarded ‘The Start-up to watch’.
