MONTREAL, CANADA: Reflex Photonics has begun shipping products built at its new contract manufacturer’s facility in Burlington, Ontario. The contract manufacturing site is owned and operated by ON Semiconductor.
“In order to meet growing demand for Reflex’s products, we’ve engaged ON Semiconductor’s manufacturing expertise to expand our production capacity,” said Robert Coenen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Reflex Photonics. “Utilizing ON Semiconductor’s micro-packaging and electronics manufacturing capacity will enable Reflex Photonics to grow more quickly while ensuring our customers’ total quality.”
The ON Semiconductor Burlington facility is fully ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified as well as certified to OHSAS 18001. Reflex will be manufacturing its LightABLE optical engines as well as complete MSA transceiver modules at the ON Semiconductor facility. The Reflex LightABLE optical engine represents the world’s most advanced technology in high density parallel optical data communication solutions. For multi-source agreement based products, Reflex Photonics offers 100 and 40 Gbps Ethernet CFP transceivers as well as Snap 12 modules.
