NEW DELHI & BANGALORE, INDIA: Accellera’s vice chair, Dennis Brophy will present at two SystemVerilog Users Group (SVUG) meetings in Noida and Bangalore, India.
Brophy will speak about Accellera’s Verification Intellectual Property (VIP) interoperability recommended practices and give an update about the Technical Subcommittee (TSC) plans and progress to date.
He will be speaking at the events at Radisson Hotel, Noida, on Nov. 9th, and at the Taj Residency Hotel, Bangalore, on Nov. 11th.
In September, Accellera’s Board members approved the VIP Recommended Practices guide, a document resulting from the work of its VIP Technical Subcommittee (TSC), which was formed in May 2008.
The Guide details how to use VIP components developed using SystemVerilog testbench environments based on either the Open Verification Methodology (OVM) or Verification Methodology Manual (VMM) interchangeably to lower verification costs and improve design quality.
