DAC 2011, AUSTIN, USA: The Silicon Integration Initiative (Si2) announced election of their Board of Directors for the 2011-2012 term, as well as the place and time for the Annual Open Reception.
The newest elected member to Si2's Board is STMicroelectronics represented by Philippe Magarshack, Group Vice-President, Technology Research and Development.
Two re-elected Board Members replaced their previous representatives. Cadence Design Systems is now represented by Pankaj Mayor, Chief of Staff to the CEO. LSI is now represented by J.C. Parker, Senior Director, Design Tools and Methodologies.
The other re-elected Board Members and their representatives are: AMD – Jim Miller, Vice President of Design Engineering; Apache Design Solutions - Vic Kulkarni, Senior Vice President and General Manager of RTL Business Unit; ARM - Dr. John Goodenough, VP, Design Technology and Automation; IBM – Dr. Leon Stok, Vice President, Electronic Design Automation Technologies; Intel - Rahul Goyal, Director, EDA Business; GLOBALFOUNDRIES - Mojy Chian, Senior VP, Design Enablement; and Synopsys - John Chilton, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Strategic Development.
