REHOVOT, ISRAEL: Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd, a provider of leading edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, announced the addition of a tier one foundry to its standalone Optical CD customer base.
It also reported that this customer has selected Nova's Integrated Metrology for measurement and process control of the Copper CMP area.
"We build upon our large foundry installed base to understand the unique needs of foundries and to develop targeted solutions for their advanced technology and product diversity in both the integrated and stand alone metrology product lines", said Gabi Seligsohn, president and CEO of Nova.
The company reported that it has recently received $4 million orders from this customer, and that most of the deliveries are expected to take place during the first quarter of 2011.
Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. develops, produces and markets advanced integrated and stand alone metrology solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
