Semtech completes acquisition of Sierra Monolithics

CAMARILLO, USA: Semtech Corp., a leading supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors for high-end consumer, computing, communications and industrial equipment, announced the completion of the acquisition of Sierra Monolithics Inc., a leading supplier of high performance analog ICs and solutions to the core communications infrastructure and leading edge defense markets.

Semtech had previously announced on November 18, 2009 that it had reached an agreement to acquire Sierra Monolithics.
