Analog Devices intros dual-channel version of ultra-low-noise, high-speed op amp

BANGALORE, INDIA: Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), a global leader in high-performance semiconductors for signal-processing applications and leading supplier of high-performance amplifiers, introduced the dual version of its popular ADA4898-1 operational amplifier (op amp).

Like the ADA4898-1, the ADA4898-2 dual-channel, high-speed op amp offers designers a unique blend of the low distortion, ultra-low noise and high speed effective for applications that require high precision signal processing, such as radar-based collision avoidance systems in cars, medical instrumentation, process control and industrial automation and other precision instrumentation applications.

The dual channel version reduces the size of the packaging while maintaining performance. The amplifier is designed to work with Analog Devices’ precision data converters, including the 18-bit, differential programmable input PulSAR® ADCs (analog-to-digital converters), the AD7631 and AD7634.
