Additionally, Edwards' CEO, Matthew Taylor, will be the keynote speaker at SEMI's Global Care Executive Luncheon taking place on Tuesday, July 12, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis.
Matthew Taylor will discuss the implications of climate change on semiconductor and solar manufacturing, the role vacuum and abatement systems can play in achieving industrial environmental objectives, and some thoughts on the way forward for the industry.
The company is featuring its Zenith family abatement systems at the shows. The Zenith integrates vacuum pumping and abatement into a single system to provide manufacturers with a highly efficient, low-cost-of-ownership solution that meets the latest manufacturing and environmental requirements.
