MPLS & ETHERNET WORLD CONGRESS 2010, PARIS, FRANCE: Wintegra, a leader in access processing semiconductors announced that ZTE Corp. is using Wintegra’s WinPath processors and software in their world leading ZTR10 T8000 Cluster Core Router.
ZTE has become a global mainstream bearer network solution provider with its groundbreaking innovation. This newly announced Cluster Core Router is targeted at the high-end router market and has unmatched switching capacity.
Next generation high-end routers rely on multi-service protocol handling and Carrier Ethernet support to facilitate the migration to higher and higher capacity data transport for evolving networks. Wintegra’s WinPath devices and software are uniquely suited for the complex demands of these network solutions.

Additionally, WinPath-based designs are RAM-based, allowing for seamless upgrades of operational software as protocols evolve and new standards are implemented.
