Analog Devices inaugurates dedicated customer interactive center

BANGALORE, INDIA: Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) has launched a nationwide Customer Interaction Center (CIC) to as part of its efforts to improve the organization’s responsiveness to customers’ needs in India.

The CIC will provide timely and accurate support for phone and email inquiries on products, technical issues, sample requests, or any other matter related to ADI. Supporting English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil languages, the CIC will be accessible through a toll free number 1800-419-0108 available during business hours from 8:30 to 13:00 and 14:00-17:30 (India time) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

“Analog Devices’ CIC in Bangalore will further enhance service and support for ADI customers in India” said Howard Cheng, VP, Asia Sales & Marketing. “Through the CIC we are able to provide a channel to our core market customers, to get direct support.”

In addition to handling incoming customer calls and emails, representatives at the CIC will also make outgoing calls to customers to qualify potential customers and to follow up on leads. CIC India will report to Mariah Nie, Asia CIC/CAST manager. “The CIC guarantees that customers’ technical requests, which we refer to ADI’s Central Applications Center, will receive a reply within 48 hours,” said Nie.
