BANGALORE, INDIA & CAMPBELL, USA: Cosmic Circuits, a leading provider of differentiated Analog and Mixed-Signal IP cores, announced the availability of its MIPI M-PHY IP in 40nm.
This broadens Cosmic’s portfolio of nanometer Analog IP cores covering Data-Converters, Analog-Front-End platforms for Wireless and Audio, Power-Management, Clocking and low-power Connectivity, and further affirms Cosmic’s position as a leading, single-stop supplier of Analog and Mixed-Signal IP.
The MIPI M-PHY IP is implemented in 40nm CMOS and integrates capability for both the G1 and G2 high-speed modes making it usable for DigRF, UniPro and UFS applications. The IP also supports both the SYS and PWM low-speed modes.
Sundararajan Krishnan, Director of IP of Cosmic Circuits, commented: “This is an important milestone for us, and we are glad that we are in a position to enable early users of the next-generation standards from the MIPI alliance to integrate the M-PHY. The MIPI standards continue to see increased adoption in the mobile space, and we plan to offer the M-PHY in other process nodes in the coming months to keep pace with adopter interest.”
